Who is Jeremy Stauber?

I’m an escapee who has innovated my income. I’ve been inside the machine. I know exactly how it works and precisely how to get you out.

I’ve helped white and blue collar professionals, teams, burnt out managers, high performers, and ambitious solopreneurs navigate complex, high-stakes decisions that changed the direction of their lives. I’ve told them the truth about where they stood, what it would actually take, and what was worth doing.

My background spans finance, operations, strategy, and sales- over 20 years across government, corporate, and entrepreneurship. I know how to read a real financial picture, spot a bad business model, and cut through the noise to keep efficiency high and guesswork to a minimum.

I’m here to help you plan for the last time- with a roadmap and tools you can actually trust and execute, so you can buy your time back and build income that isn’t capped by someone else’s budget cycle.

What I’ve Lived…

I’ve held FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses and worked for investment banks and multinational insurance companies. I’ve held financial oversight roles within government and quasi agencies managing and overseeing multi-million dollar operational budgets and contracts. I know how money actually moves, how decisions get made behind closed doors, and how organizations realistically treat the people keeping them running. I’ve watched competent, skilled people get passed over by managers who were protected by relationships, not results. Seen people promoted specifically because they were a problem somewhere else- then handed authority over those who had unquestionably better judgement, management skills, and experience. Watched organizations reward mediocrity, defend utter failures and downplay unadulterated excellence to appease their fear of lawsuits- until the people doing the real work stopped trying.

I know what it feels like to come home drained of energy and emotion- not only from working hard but from fighting a system that doesn’t care or meaningfully reward how valuable or efficient you are. Just a paycheck and feelings of frustration, anxiety and bitterness. The most capable version of yourself being wasted on pointless processes and politics. And I know what it feels like when you stop waiting for it to get better and start building something of your own. (Hint: it’s transcendent)

What I Know…

The numbers aren’t as scary as you think. The guesswork is the problem.

Most people who want out are making financial decisions based on fear, not analysis. They tell themselves they can’t afford to leave or they’re too comfortable to try, but nobody has ever actually shown them the real numbers. Many take on debt before validating a plan- overspending before they have revenue. They inevitably fail and dismiss the exit entirely because the path feels unclear.

I know how to validate or kill feasibility quickly. How to start and grow lean. How to access appropriate financing that won’t drown you. How to analyze costs efficiently and implement tools and systems that are cost effective and consolidated. I’ve done this across real estate, health and medical, professional services, consumer products, distribution, technology, and more.

I bring that successful experience directly to your situation. A plan built around your numbers, your skills, your goals, and your timeline.

A degree will train you to work for someone. It won’t train you to work for yourself.

Business school will show you how a business works. It won’t help you build one you own. It won’t teach you how to validate whether your idea has market potential, how to polish your brand, how to generate your first dollar of revenue, or how to structure something that creates real assets- not just a better resume for someone else’s org chart.

And the cost is staggering. An MBA and other master’s programs that puts you $200,000 to $300,000 in debt for a $20,000 annual raise at a company you already want to leave isn’t an investment. It’s a longer prison sentence. More years. More obligation. More reasons you can’t afford to go. I’ve been inside academic institutions, Ivy ones too. I’ve seen independent thinking get penalized when it didn’t conform. The system is designed to produce employees- ambitious ones, credentialed ones, but employees. No course will get you out as directly or efficiently as a plan built for your actual life.

So…Why BTB?

There’s no shortage of people selling you motivation, mindset, and morning routines. That’s not what we do. We understand risk, budget reality, revenue validation, and what it actually takes to build income you control. We’ve work with ambitious solopreneurs who needed a real plan, not a pep talk and high performers who were done being capped by someone else’s compensation structure. Burned out managers who knew they were worth more and needed someone to help them prove it on paper.

The difference between people who get out and people who spend another decade waiting isn’t just courage. It’s clarity and a real plan. Someone who’s cut through enough situations to know what yours actually requires -and who will tell you the truth even when it’s not what you expected.
