That’s what the retainer is. I stay beside you through the messy middle- regular calls, accountability, real-time input when things get complicated, and actual help implementing as you go.
We move at your pace- but we keep moving.

What’s Included?
Regular Working Calls
Scheduled monthly sessions to review what’s happened, work through what’s stuck, and set the moves for the next 30 days. They’re working sessions, not check-ins.
Direct Access Between Calls
Questions don’t follow a schedule. When something comes up- a decision, a contract, a system or tool that isn’t working, a moment of doubt- you have a way to reach me and get real answers without waiting until next month.
Accountability
The biggest reason smart people don’t make progress is that there’s no one holding them to their own timelines. That changes.
Implementation Support
Figuring out what to do is one thing. Actually building it- the offer, the pricing, the outreach, the positioning is another. I work through the specifics with you, not just the strategy.

Most coaching is conceptual. You get frameworks and encouragement and homework you may or may not do.
